PromptHawk is a visibility platform for traditional search (SEO) and AI answer engines (GEO). This policy explains what we collect when you join our waitlist or use our website, and what we do with it.

When you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide. If you create an account later, we also collect your name, login credentials, and the brands, domains, and prompts you choose to track.

We automatically collect basic usage and device data — pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, and browser type — to keep the service secure and working.

We use your information to operate the service, send you product and early-access updates you asked for, respond to your requests, and improve PromptHawk.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content you track to build profiles unrelated to your account.

We share data with service providers that help us run PromptHawk — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and payments — under contracts that limit them to processing it on our behalf.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger or acquisition. We will tell you before your data moves to a new owner.

We use a small number of cookies and privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used and to remember your preferences. You can block cookies in your browser, though some features may not work as well.

We keep your information for as long as your account or waitlist entry is active, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
